The Work
This work lives at the intersection of psychotherapy, spirituality, consciousness, relationship, culture, and the search for meaning
It is grounded in clinical experience, but not limited to clinical language.
It honors the realities of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction, relational pain, and emotional struggle. But it does not reduce the human being to symptoms.
Often, the very thing that appears as distress may also be the beginning of a deeper summons.
Something in the soul is asking to be listened to.
